If you don't already have Google Reader...you should get it. It's a lot like Outlook Express, where you can tell right away if you have new emails, except it's for blogs and it lets you know right away when someone updates their blog. Just enter all of your friends' blogs and you no longer have to jump from blog to blog to see who's updated.
